PARCUS has been ISO 9001 Stationnement Services certified since April 2009. The adoption of a quality management system is a strategic decision by management, who are keen to increase customer satisfaction by meeting their requirements.
Parcus, a local semi-public parking company and service provider, aims to meet its customers’ expectations and contribute to the local authority’s parking policy and the local objectives of the climate emergency.
Parcus’ concern is to achieve the best possible quality of service for the local authority and the private operators it works for, as well as for the hourly customers and subscribers to the various facilities and services, with the kind support of its staff.
