Here are the steps for your online subscription request:
- Select the car park of your choice from the list of available car parks.
- Select the type of subscription. The subscription is automatically renewed according to the package you have chosen. For occasional needs, visit https://pmp.parcus.com/fr/
- Select the subscription date: current month or 1st of the month (no pro rata, any month started is due).
- Pay online or choose direct debit (available only if the request is made before the 20th of the month preceding the start of the subscription).
- Access to the car park is available :
– From the next day with the plate reading if the credit card transaction is validated for the current month’s subscriptions.
– From the 1st day of the month selected, if the credit card transaction is validated.
– From the 1st of the month for direct debit subscriptions.
– As soon as you collect your card for the Esplanade car park or if you have not entered your number plate. - Collect your access card from the car park receptionist in accordance with the instructions sent to you by email.
- For subscriptions linked to a status, only the direct debit option is available online and the status must be validated.
If the supporting documents are not in order, there are 2 options:
- Modification of the application at the full rate
- Cancellation of the application
