Parcus manages 18 car parks, including 17 underground car parks and 1 enclosed car park, with a total capacity of 10,000 spaces. In 2023, Parcus welcomed more than 3.5 million hourly customers to its car parks and managed more than 7,500 season ticket contracts.

SERS

In 2018, PARCUS and Sers entered into a partnership. A joint subsidiary has been set up to acquire, build and manage car parks. The aim is to create synergies between specialised local tools to act as an interface between parking and development.

Strasbourg mobilités

PARCUS is a shareholder and director of Strasbourg mobilités
Strasbourg Mobilités, a 70%-owned subsidiary of the CTS, is developing soft mobility as a complement to urban public transport. A forum for reflection and innovation, its capital brings together the main local players involved in urban mobility issues. In particular, Strasbourg Mobilité is responsible for the development of cycling. The aim of this partnership is to promote and link the issues of cycling and parking.

Crédit Mutuel

PARCUS and Crédit Mutuel have set up a joint SAS to build the Coubertin car park (740 spaces) in Strasbourg's new Wacken business district.

Citiz

Founded in 2002 under the name France-Autopartage, the Citiz network is a cooperative set up by the pioneers of car-sharing in France (groups of residents in Marseille, Lyon, Grenoble and Strasbourg). With the aim of developing car-sharing services that are close to local areas and users, the Citiz network now comprises 15 independent local car-sharing operators. PARCUS and Citiz have signed a partnership agreement to facilitate the introduction of car-sharing in Strasbourg's car parks.

Adeus

PARCUS is a member of Adeus. An agreement has been signed to set up a parking observatory in the Strasbourg conurbation. Adeus uses and analyses the data supplied by PARCUS (data on car parks and on-street parking). An initial publication was issued in 2017

Les Vitrines de Strasbourg

PARCUS is a member of the management committee of the shopkeepers' association Les Vitrines de Strasbourg For almost 60 years, Les Vitrines de Strasbourg has been involved in local life, contributing to the liveliness and commercial development of the city. With over 700 members, it is now one of the largest retailers' associations in France, playing a key role in the life of the city and becoming a veritable institution in Strasbourg.

SCET

PARCUS is part of the Scet network (CDC group) - Services, Conseil, Expertises et Territoires. Scet is a project engineering company that supports local authorities and their satellites - local public companies and social landlords - in all phases of their projects, from concept to implementation and management.

FNMS

PARCUS is a member of the FNMS Fédération Nationale des Métiers du Stationnement. The Fédération Nationale des Métiers du Stationnement is a forum for discussion and debate open to the various players in the parking sector, operators and service providers, with the aim of advancing knowledge, sharing experience and enriching the various areas of expertise that make up the world of parking. The FNMS makes proposals to public authorities. In France, almost 2,000 car parks are open to the public. Of the 3 million parking spaces, almost 1.3 million are regulated.

Fédération des EPL

PARCUS is a member of the Fédération des Epl. For 60 years, the Fédération des Entreprises Publiques Locales has been committed to a modern, high-performance vision of local public action. Today, it is the sole representative of the range of Epls, which in France includes 1,200 semi-public companies (Sem), local public companies (Spl) and single-operating semi-public companies (SemOp). It is affiliated to the European network of 25,000 local public companies represented by Ceep, the European Centre of Employers and Enterprises Providing Public Services.

CGI

A partnership was signed in 2016 with the CGI IT group, to develop, market and industrialise the experimental parking observatory implemented by PARCUS. This local observatory was an experiment in collecting and processing data on paid on-street and car park parking. It was carried out in advance to enable local authorities to prepare for the decentralisation of parking on 1 January 2018.
