Terre d’Émergence car park
This 310-space car park is currently under construction and is scheduled for delivery in early 2022. It is located in the Archipel district (new business district of Wacken). The acquisition in Vefa (Sale in future state of completion) is made by Parsem (Parcus/Sers).
Saint-Nicolas car park
Extension of one level, offering 80 additional spaces in the Saint-Nicolas car park. Improvement and embellishment work is also being carried out (creation of a second lift, new reception area, pedestrian signs signed by designer Ruedi Baur, etc.). Work completed in May 2020.
Opéra Broglie car park
Improvement and embellishment work is being completed at the Opéra Broglie car park: widening of parking spaces, painting of floors, walls and ceilings, planed up and down ramps to facilitate manoeuvring, new toll equipment, pedestrian signs signed Ruedi Baur. New interior decoration in partnership with the Opéra national du Rhin.
Parcus car parks
Parcus' ambition is to :
- Gradually modernise all Parcus car parks with the introduction of number plate reading, touch-sensitive tourist and cultural information kiosks, practical information screens, etc.
- Work with start-ups in order to offer new innovative services: Apila (parking assistance application), Freshmile (charging station for electric vehicles), Knot (scooter rental), "Prendsmaplace" (parking space reservation platform)....
- Embellish car parks, make them more comfortable and welcoming. Give a strong identity to each car park (working with the designer Ruedi Baur and his agency Dix milliards d'humains).
