Hospital Parking Solutions

Regular hospital treatment may lead to frequent visits to the Nouvel Hôpital Civil or other facilities nearby.

Parcus is the car parking operator for the hospital complex, including for the St Nicolas car park, the underground NHC car park and street parking within the hospital complex. It offers special rates for patients and/or their companion, representing over 70% off the public rate:

• ‘2 days and over’ ticket – Available for the duration of your choice, from a minimum of two days (48 hrs). This ticket runs from the first date and time of entry and allows as many entries and exits as necessary during the duration of its validity. Ticket holders should present their ticket directly at the entry and exit terminals.
   
• Book of five 14-hr Parking Vouchers – Non-reimbursable parking vouchers allowing up to 14 consecutive hours of parking each. To pay for parking, the user inserts the ticket issued at the entrance terminal and pays the amount using the Parking Voucher. The automated pay station will issue a white exit ticket after validation of the voucher. If the duration of parking exceeds 14 hours, the user shall pay the difference.
   

In all cases, visitors must take a ticket at the entry barrier and use the designated access routes.

Special rate tickets and Parking Vouchers are issued by the St Nicolas car park attendant during working hours (Mondays to Fridays from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm), only upon presentation of a certificate of hospitalisation or treatment, duly completed by the relevant ward and signed by the patient’s doctor.

A new certificate must be presented for each renewal or new purchase of tickets/vouchers.
