Urban development and mobility

In 2018, Parcus and the semi-public urban development company SERS, established a joint subsidiary called PARSEM. Its aim is to acquire and build car parks in order to anticipate and plan ahead for parking issues in urban development projects.

The city’s car parking offer will be managed by the subsidiary so as to support local urban development, design and mobility strategies.
