The end of the 24-hour extension of subscriptions, regardless of the formula subscribed to, is set for 31 December 2020 00:00 hours. Return to the formula initially subscribed to from 1st January 2021.

As a reminder, all subscriptions, regardless of the formula subscribed to, are switched to 24-hour DAY/NIGHT from the start of the second confinement.

Watch out! The subscribers concerned must not use the automatic cash register but present their subscription card directly at the exit terminal.

In order to meet the requirements of containment, Parcus offers temporary 24-hour subscriptions in the car parks :Ste-Aurélie, Austerlitz, Halles P2 Sébastopol, St-Nicolas, Bateliers, Etoile Cinéma.

The sales department (Subscription) operates normally and can be reached on 03 88 30 67 75 from Monday to Friday from 9am to 11.30am and from 2pm to 5pm.

In the car parks :

Please respect the barrier gestures, wear a mask and keep a distance of one metre from other people you meet in the car parks.
The receptionist can only be reached via the intercom system at the automatic pay stations and the entry and exit terminals.
The automatic pay stations, ramps and door handles are cleaned very regularly.
Appropriate signage has been put in place in the car parks in order to comply with the instructions.
